Questions
Tell me about the picture. What do you see? What is going on?
Where did the ladders come from? Why are they climbing the ladders?
Why is the man holding onto the cloud?
Where do they go when they get onto the clouds?
What happens next?
Adaptations
Provide sentence starters for your child. e.g. "I see...," "I think... because..."
Have your child draw what they think happened before or will happen next.
Extensions
Draw a picture of you riding on a cloud. Where are you going? Who are you with?
